Meet our Speakers and Host
Our Keynote Speaker: Marco Becker
Marco Becker has been working as a Senior Consultant at IDC since 2019. In this position, he mainly deals with the preparation of studies and the implementation of customer projects, for which he is in contact with both providers and user companies. His main focus is on the topics of (I)IoT, cloud, storage and networking technologies. Mr. Becker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Master of Science in Sustainable Economics from the University of Kassel.
Our Speaker: Farid Bichareh
Chair Smart Factory Working Group and Industrial Internet Consortium. Over the past 19 years, Mr. Bichareh worked as a technical lead, program director, business development manager, technology and innovative consultant for several multi-national corporations. 
Our Speaker: Kai Hackbarth
Kai Hackbarth is Business Owner Industrial at Bosch.IO. He has more than 20 years of experience as an Evangelist & Product Manager with a focus on IoT middleware and device management in various IoT domains. Kai is among the “Top 100 IIoT Influencers” according to a published report in 2020 by Onalytica.
Our Speaker: Bill O'Such
Connected Industry strategy and corporate development leader with over 21 years of experience in the critical infrastructure device industry. Bill has a deep technical and business background that ranges from running worldwide software development teams to defining the strategy for new digital offerings and portfolio acceleration through M&A and investment. Prior to Momenta Partners, Bill was a senior leader in Strategy and Corporate Development for Wind River Systems working closely with Intel Capital and the Intel IoT Group on Industrial IoT.
Our Speaker: Gonzalo Pérez Rodriguez
During the 1st year of his professional life, Gonzalo worked at a French bank and in bank consultancy. Due to his love for technology he quickly shifted to R&D projects working for Atos, a large ICT company, for 5 years. After that he took a different approach, leaving behind the big companies and working for 3 years as freelancer, supporting local businesses to grow. This led Gonzalo to an opportunity to work for Telefonica, linking startups with corporate business units.
Our Host: Johannes M. Biermann
Johannes M. Biermann is President of aicas GmbH and its US subsidiary aicas America Limited. He previously held leadership roles in both Hewlett Packard, Roseville, California, USA and Böblingen, Germany, as well as at Siemens AG in Munich, Germany. His professional tenure of almost 30 years covers corporate strategy, strategy and organizational change management consulting, product management, marketing, and customer operations.
